After Porto de Mós we stopped for a quick hike and lunch. Parking was pretty sketchy. We saw a few other groups on the hike and we were looking forward to the end where there was supposed to be a 30 ft waterfall. Although it had rained a lot a few days ago the waterfall was completely dry. Lindsay and I walked out to where the water was supposed to be flowing. The girls had some sandwiches. Everyone was tired at the end and ready to head home.
Apparently you can’t go directly after a big rain because it is too muddy. You can’t wait too long because it dries up.
Omnipresent peanut butter sandwiches.
View from the top of the waterfall.
